The night staff was super nice and helped us with towels since there was only one in our suite. The room was clean, and I appreciated the effort to keep it tidy. My stay was decent during those 2 nights.

Decent breakfast spread, off to a solid start with a variety of options.

Room cleanliness left much to be desired. found splashes on the walls, loose toilet seats, and various maintenance issues. Dismal experience with a cold pool, as well as encountering a noisy party next door that ruined the peace. The elevator took its time and appeared dysfunctional, while parts of the hotel entrance looked damaged. Finding the place was a challenge after a long road trip. Beyond frustrating with billing errors that involved being double-charged, making the stay even less enjoyable.

The pool was closed, but the mattress was comfy for a good night's sleep.

I stayed for 1 night in a Standard King Room. The bed was really comfortable, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was great, and the woman filling the food was polite. The maintenance man was also nice and professional.

The exercise room was great, the treadmill was useful. The lobby looked nice and clean with friendly vibes.

Clean room with impressive breakfast variety and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Though housekeeping could be more consistent, we appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk.

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for checking out a live show at The Lerner Center and exploring the local area. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and the overall vibe was relaxed. Definitely feel good about recommending this spot for group trips.

We did have a bit of a hiccup with the air conditioning. it wasn’t cooling well during the night, making it a little uncomfortable.

The breakfast was above average with a variety of items. The area was clean and well stocked , a total surprise.

The bed was comfy and breakfast was wicked good, gotta give props to the staff for that! But there were grubby marks on the walls, and the lightbulb was out in our second room. Just feels like they gotta clean up and fix stuff, ya know?

Room was decently clean, and we had a comfy bed for two nights. The night staff was a sweetheart, providing towels since we only got one. All smiles here until we turned off the lights and saw the walls had seen better days!

Our air conditioning was like a diva—either too cold or too warm! The light situation was a bit dramatic too. we could use a couple more lightbulbs—like they were auditioning for a horror film.

The bed was super comfy, which was a highlight for me. Breakfast had variety, and the area was clean and well stocked. Just wish the room had more towels to start with and the air conditioning worked better during the night, as it got a little warm.
